This privacy policy applies to the Merge audio and video app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Basa Studios (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

When you use the Application, we do not collect or upload your files to the internet. The app operates locally on your macOS, IOS or Android device and only accesses the necessary files for merging.

The types of data app obtains when you merge an audio and video and how we use them:

• Input file sizes
• Output file size
• Time taken to merge the files

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
