Subscriptions, cancellations & refunds
To cancel a subscription or request a refund for a purchase processed through the App Store or Google Play, you need to go through the platform where you were billed. Basa Studios cannot cancel subscriptions or issue store refunds on Apple’s or Google’s behalf.
